Help
Everything worth knowing, from both sides of the platform. Can't find your answer? Send us a message.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The service is completely free for homeowners: no account required, no fees, no commitment.
How many contractors will call me?
One. Your request goes to a single verified contractor, once. That's the main difference from platforms that resell the same request to three or four companies and leave you to field the calls.
What happens after I send my request?
Our team checks the details of your request and gets in touch if anything needs clarifying. We pin down the trade, the budget and the timeline, then the request goes to one contractor in your area. You get an email at each step.
How long before someone contacts me?
We check your request within hours, and call you if a detail needs clarifying. Once it is passed on, the contractor typically gets in touch within 48 hours.
Who are the contractors?
Verified companies active in your area. Most hold an RBQ licence. For work that requires one, we check the licence and its expiry date with the Régie du bâtiment before a contractor can receive those requests, and we remove those whose licence lapses.
Can I edit or cancel my request?
Yes. The "Track my request" link you receive by email lets you correct your project, address and contact details, add or remove photos, message the contractor, or withdraw the request. Edits are possible until the request has been passed on.
I lost my tracking link. What now?
Go to "My requests" and enter the email you used. We'll send you a link that opens all of your requests. No password to remember.
The contractor never contacted me.
Report it from your tracking page. We call the contractor, and if there really was no contact they are refunded and the request can be offered to someone else. That report is what keeps the network honest. Use it.
How is my information protected?
Your contact details are never shown publicly: contractors see the project type, the area and the budget, but your name, phone and address stay hidden until purchase. They are shared only with the contractor who takes your project. You can withdraw consent in one click, in line with Quebec's Law 25.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover a number of municipalities across Greater Montreal and the north and south shores. The form tells you right away whether your postal code is served; if not, leave your email and we'll write when your area opens.
How does pricing work?
You pay per lead, never a subscription. The price is shown on the card before you buy and depends on the trade, the project budget, and whether the homeowner has already requested other quotes. You top up your wallet and buy only the leads you want.
What exactly does "exclusive" mean?
The request goes to you alone. Nobody else receives those contact details, not now and not later. The moment you buy it, the card leaves every other contractor's board.
What can I see before buying?
The trade, the city and the approximate area on the map, the budget, the timeline, the property type, the photos, our team's qualification note, and most importantly, how many other quotes the homeowner has already requested. Contact details stay hidden until payment.
Are the leads verified?
Yes. Our team checks every request before it is passed on: we go over the project, the budget, the timeline and the phone number, and we call the homeowner when a detail needs clarifying. Requests that do not hold up are disqualified, never passed on to anyone.
What if a lead turns out to be worthless?
You have 48 hours to report it from "Purchases": unreachable, wrong trade, outside territory, already hired, fake details. Our team reviews and credits your wallet when the report holds up. We call before deciding: a report is a signal, not a verdict.
How are the leads I'm shown chosen?
By your trades and territories. You also see projects outside your coverage, clearly marked, and you can buy them if you want. Changing your coverage in "Account" updates the board immediately.
What does it take to be accepted?
A commitment to contact homeowners only about their project, and a valid RBQ licence if you want requests for work that requires one. We verify the licence before activation, usually within one business day.
Why do you ask me to report whether I won the job?
So we can tune our pricing and qualification to what actually happens on the ground. It's also your own record: your 90-day spend and won contracts are shown in "Purchases", which tells you whether the platform pays off for you.
How does the wallet work?
You top it up in advance; each purchase is debited from the balance. The full history (top-ups, purchases, credits) is in "Wallet", with the balance after every operation.
