How much does a lead cost?

It depends on the trade and the size of the project. The price is always shown on the request before you decide to buy it. There is no hidden rate and no monthly plan.

Is the request resold to other contractors?

No. A lead that is bought is removed from the board and nobody else can get it. One lead, one contractor.

What if the client never answers?

Report it from the lead: you have 48 hours. Our team follows up with the homeowner, and your balance is credited if the report is upheld.

Do I need an RBQ licence?

For work that requires one, yes. Your licence is verified when you sign up and printed on the quotes you send, which is also an argument with the client.

Which areas do you cover?

Quebec. You choose your municipalities when you sign up and can change them at any time from your account.

How am I told about a new request?

By email, and by SMS if you turn it on. You set quiet hours: nothing rings at your place at 11pm.
